We are a family owned and operated company located on the Eastern Shore 0f Maryland.

After adopting our rescue dog (1/2 Black Great Dane and 1/2 Black Lab) we discovered that he had terrible food allergies. In our search for grain free treats, we were sickened by how many treats were made in foreign countries. The sweet potato products that we did find were not organic. We also wanted something crispy. Most of the sweet potato treats on the market carry a high moisture content (around 20%). Bacteria can start to grow once the moisture content hits the 15-30% range. We strive to remove 90% of the moisture which creates not only a crispy treat but increases shelf life and retains nutrients. Our carrot treats are done the same way.
